Job summary

Crowe is seeking an HR Compliance Manager to oversee the end-to-end contingent worker and contractor management lifecycle across the organization. You will partner with business leaders to ensure compliant engagement models, classifications, and ongoing obligations, with close collaboration across Talent, Legal, and Finance.

The role emphasizes accurate records, risk monitoring, and proactive process improvements to support compliant contingent workforce operations and successful audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, legal studies, or related field.
• 5–7+ years in HR compliance or contractor workforce management.
• Experience owning the contractor management lifecycle.
• Professional HR/compliance certification preferred (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, CCEP).
• Experience in professional services or multinational organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand contingent workforce requirements and recommend engagement approaches.
• Lead contractor/independent classification assessments with Legal guidance.
• Create and manage job requisitions and related workforce requests in Workday.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure timely engagement for contractors.
• Maintain active agreements and SOWs with required approvals and documentation.
• Monitor start/end dates, renewal milestones, and engagement status.
• Manage offboarding, access removal, and record closure.
• Develop lifecycle procedures, controls, and reporting; drive risk remediation.
• Collaborate across Legal, Talent, Finance, and HR Compliance teams.
