Crowe is seeking an HR Compliance Manager to own the end-to-end contingent worker lifecycle. You will partner with leaders to assess scope, duration, supervision, and compliance, guiding engagement models and ensuring proper classifications and governing documentation.

You will work across Talent, Legal, Finance, and HR Compliance to manage SOWs, onboarding, extensions, and terminations. The role requires strong knowledge of worker classification and experience with contractor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of progressive HR compliance or contingent workforce experience.
• Experience owning or overseeing contractor management lifecycle.

Responsabilités

• Understand contingent workforce requirements and recommended engagement approaches.
• Lead worker classification assessments and liaise with Legal on high-risk determinations.
• Create and manage job requisitions and engagement details in Workday.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure proper SOWs and agreements.
• Maintain accurate engagement records, renewals, and offboarding processes.
• Develop and improve contractor lifecycle controls and reporting.
