Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of HR experience.
• Consulting, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills preferred.
• Experience with HR policies and client services.
• Familiarity with HCM concepts and ADP TotalSource PEO services preferred.
• Strong account management and business strategy skills.
• Experience in consulting and leadership roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary HR contact for clients and ensures satisfaction.
• Provides consultative guidance on performance management, recruiting, compensation, and employee engagement.
• Supports PEO clients with EPLI setup and benefits enrollment.
• Interprets HR policies and offers remedies for employee relations issues.
• Performs turnover analysis and unemployment escalation support.
• Participates in HR trend training and promotes high-quality service.
• Collaborates with internal teams to deliver actionable client plans.
