This role ensures overall client satisfaction with products and services, maintaining ongoing relationships with client contacts and acting as the primary HR service point of contact. You will collaborate with internal partners to ensure quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years HR experience.
• Customer Service experience required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Problem solving and customer relationship management required.

Responsibilities

• Serves clients remotely and in-person with consultative guidance to resolve issues.
• Advises clients on Performance Management, Recruiting and Retention, Compensation, Development, Engagement, and Culture.
• May support EPLI insurance setups with other partners.
• May conduct open enrollment meetings and advise on plan selection.
• Interprets HR policies and provides remedies for employee relations issues.
• Provides turnover analysis action planning and unemployment escalation support.
• Maintains awareness of HR trends and conducts training.
• Promotes high-quality customer service to clients.
