Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide generalist HR support to hourly staff and business leaders. You will drive talent management, employee engagement, and internal customer service while leveraging data analytics to improve outcomes.

You will lead initiatives, coach leaders on people management, and champion inclusive practices. Expect collaboration with PXT teams and on-site responsibilities at a facility, with a broad benefits package.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• 2+ years of human resources or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting or leading onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.
