Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks an HR Business Partner to provide HR generalist support for a large hourly workforce and leaders. You will drive talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence with data-driven insights and AI-enabled tools to improve the employee experience.

You may lead entry-level HR teams and own projects that enhance culture and performance, balancing strategic and tactical work onsite at an Amazon facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 2+ years of human resources or equivalent experience in operations, service, or logistics.
• Experience supporting onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by addressing root causes and applying fair policy execution.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and implement proactive site-level solutions.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Coach leaders on people management, performance feedback, and development.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection and advancement.
• Drive adoption of HR tech, AI, and self-service tools while maintaining high-touch service.
