You will focus on leadership development, employee experience, and operational excellence while partnering with site leaders on talent management and engagement initiatives.

You will leverage data-driven insights and HR metrics to drive business impact, mentor entry-level HR staff, and own projects that enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience or equivalent HR experience.
• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.
• Strong ability to leverage data-driven insights to drive HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying patterns and ensuring fair policy application.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and drive proactive HR initiatives at the site level.
