Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 2+ years of HR experience or equivalent.
• 2+ years HR or equivalent experience in onboarding, benefits, investigations, or talent management.
• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns, addressing root causes, and ensuring fair policy application.
• Use data analytics to identify trends, predict challenges, and implement proactive solutions at the site level.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs; gather insights from the floor and partner with leaders.
• Coach leaders on people management practices, performance feedback, and complex employee relations matters.
