Ace Electric, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to align business objectives with employees and leadership across the Ohio Division.

The role focuses on onboarding new hires, handling employee relations issues, interpreting HR policies, and supporting HR matters for designated divisions. This is a Home Office position with a primary work location in the Ohio Division Office, requiring strong HR knowledge and bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years HRBP experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment laws.
• Ability to onboard new hires and manage investigations.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Regularly meets with divisions to understand staffing needs.
• Assist hiring managers with scheduling interviews.
• Conducts reference and background checks.
• Processes onboarding paperwork and maintains records.
• Provides HR guidance and policy interpretation.
• Maintains employment records in HR systems.
• Supports employee relations investigations.
• Delivers reception and customer service at a high level.
