Job summary

ABB is seeking an HR Business Partner for the Electrification Smart Power Division. The role supports two organizations: the Agile Organization in the US and a cross-division Commercial Operations function. You will be a strategic partner to employees, managers, and leaders, driving growth and change.

You will lead HR initiatives, advise leaders on talent strategies, and manage HR systems projects, including Workday migration. This position requires travel and can be remote within the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, Business or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive HR business partnership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational HR expertise to the ELSP and Agile Organization.
• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligning with business objectives.
• Lead HR processes including coaching, salary reviews, and performance development.
