You will lead high-volume recruitment, development, and retention efforts while ensuring a safe, engaged workplace. 5+ years of on-site HR leadership and HRIS experience are required, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus relevant work experience is required.
• 5+ years of experience of on-site HR management or HR leadership.
• Strong experience advising operations leaders on business practices and outcomes.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, local and state employment laws, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with operations leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Drives talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies for high-volume hourly and salary roles.
• Acts as trusted advisor on employee relations issues and ensures compliant work environment.
• Oversees performance appraisal processes and supports managers in achieving goals.
• Ensures HR policies are up-to-date and compliant with laws.
• Utilizes HRIS tools to present reports on trends, challenges and opportunities.
• Champions initiatives to promote a positive culture and high engagement at the site level.
• Enforces safety rules and brings noncompliance issues to leadership.
