Job summary

West Suffolk College is seeking a Programme Tutor - Human Resources to join our apprenticeship and higher education team. You will primarily deliver HR apprenticeship programmes, helping learners develop professional knowledge, skills and behaviours for successful careers in HR and people management.

You will manage your own caseload, provide training, support and assessment throughout the apprenticeship, and prepare learners for End Point Assessment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business, Management and HR; Level 3 qualification or higher preferred.
• Willingness to teach, coach and mentor apprentices.
• Able to work remotely with occasional travel to employers/learners across the East of England.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HR apprenticeship programmes and support learners to develop professional knowledge, skills and behaviours.
• Manage a caseload of apprentices; provide training, support and assessment throughout the apprenticeship.
• Prepare learners for End Point Assessment and monitor progress with the Programme Lead/Head of Department.
