Job summary

LT Selection seeks an Apprenticeship Tutor to deliver Business Administrator Level 3 and Customer Service Specialist Level 3 training remotely. You will tailor teaching, coaching and assessment to standards, guiding learners from induction through Gateway and EPA.

Role involves virtual teaching, assessments, progress reviews every 10 weeks, and collaboration with employers and quality assurance teams. Salary/fees negotiable based on experience and contract type.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering and assessing Business Administrator Level 3 and/or Customer Service Specialist Level 3.
• Experience supporting apprentices towards Gateway and EPA completion.
• Knowledge of apprenticeship standards, KSBs, off-the-job training, Gateway and EPA.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging virtual teaching and individual coaching, adapting learning to apprentices' needs and workplace practice.
• Assess knowledge, skills and behaviours through assignments, workplace evidence, professional discussions and observations; provide timely feedback and clear development targets.
• Guide apprentices through the full learner journey, preparing them for Gateway and EPA and checking evidence against assessment requirements.
• Maintain accurate e-portfolio records, complete monthly teaching and learning visit records and conduct progress reviews at least every 10 weeks, including off-the-job training and agreed actions.
• Work with employers, workplace mentors and internal quality assurance colleagues to support progress,learner wellbeing and positive outcomes.
• Follow applicable apprenticeship funding rules, safeguarding, Prevent and quality requirements; contribute to standardisation, CPD and current learning resources.
• Support career progression and maintain high standards of learner and employer satisfaction.
