Gila County is seeking an experienced HR Analyst to support staffing across county offices. The role provides consultation on policies, maintains HRIS data, and analyzes complex data to inform management decisions.

Responsibilities include coordinating staffing, screening candidates, processing personnel and payroll actions, generating reports (EEOC EEO-4), and supporting HRIS issues; you will also administer recognition programs and respond to staff inquiries.

Qualificações

• Associates Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, and five (5) years directly related experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• HR certification (PHR/SHRM-CP) preferred; valid Driver’s License required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate staffing processes; screen applicants; schedule interviews; assist in candidate selection and offers; conduct background checks.
• Process personnel/payroll actions; prepare weekly agendas and reports for leadership approval; respond to pay-related inquiries.
• Compile and analyze data; maintain databases; generate reports; submit EEOC EEO-4 data.
• Maintain HRIS data; coordinate with payroll; support HR data reporting for management.
• Coordinate employee recognition programs and respond to staff questions on HR policies.
