Alameda County General Services Agency (GSA) seeks a capable Assistant Business Analyst to support the countywide ALCOLINK HRMS/Financials systems. This role focuses on design, configuration, testing, and end-user support across HR, payroll, benefits, and purchasing modules.

The successful candidate will work under direction, collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to ensure system integrity and user satisfaction. Some evenings or on-call work may be required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Two years of full-time experience with a fully integrated enterprise system including setup, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting and end-user support in HR, payroll, benefits, or purchasing functions.

Mansioni

• Assist in the design, configuration and maintenance of the ALCOLINK HRMS/Financials systems.
• Set up, test and provide ongoing system and end-user support for ALCOLINK HRMS or Financials and related databases.
• Perform journey-level work in support, design, development, testing and implementation/upgrade of ALCOLINK HRMS or Financials.
