GCC is seeking an analytical HR professional to manage HRIS systems, ensure data integrity, and translate HR data into actionable insights. You will partner with HR and IT to troubleshoot issues and support upgrades.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, HRIS experience (SAP SuccessFactors or Dayforce HCM preferred), advanced Excel skills, and a track record of process improvement and data reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and training.
• HRIS administration or advanced HRIS user experience; SAP SuccessFactors and/or Dayforce HCM experience preferred.
• Experience with process improvement, system implementations, or HR technology projects.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze data and communicate meaningful insights.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and quickly learn new systems and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and support HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance.
• Analyze HR and workforce data to identify trends, develop reports, and provide actionable insights to HR leadership.
• Audit data across HR systems and resolve discrepancies.
• Support HRIS upgrades, implementations, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and user training.
• Partner with HR, IT, and vendors to troubleshoot system issues and improve HR processes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR operations, reporting, and processes, including hiring, onboarding, timekeeping, and employee changes.
