AHMC Healthcare Inc. is seeking a motivated Human Resources Coordinator to support administrative and operational HR tasks under the Director of Human Resources. The role emphasizes confidentiality, strong communication, and exceptional service to employees and leadership.

The HR Coordinator will handle onboarding, records management, data entry in HRIS, and liaison duties with Payroll and IS, ensuring policy adherence and CQI participation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or six years of directly related HR/administrative experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication with professionalism.
• Demonstrated ability to manage priorities independently and maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Maintains physical and electronic personnel files and HR records.
• Performs data entry in HRIS and coordinates timely terminations.
• Supports onboarding and new hire orientation processes.
• Assists in LOAs, Worker’s Compensation, 401(k) plans and recruitment processes.
• Interprets policies, answers inquiries, and promotes programs to improve employee morale.
• Ensures confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and hospital policies.
