BY YOUR SIDE Autism Therapy Services in Schaumburg, IL, is seeking a Life Cycle Coordinator to provide administrative HR support across onboarding, orientation, offboarding and compliance. The role blends in-office and remote work and may travel to IL, GA and CO locations, with home base flexible.

You will manage HRIS data, assist with payroll initiatives, maintain personnel files and educate new hires on policies and procedures, while upholding HIPAA and ADA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management preferred.
• 12+ months in an HR coordinator or specialist role.
• Experience with onboarding, orientation and offboarding.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, EEO and ADA compliance.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Schedule onboarding, remote orientation, i-9 verifications and compliance testing.
• Support background checks and onboarding compliance.
• Process status changes within HR systems and communicate with department heads.
• Maintain and manage online HR training records (HIPAA, etc.).
• Educate new hires on HR policies and internal procedures.
• Maintain and audit personnel digital files and upload documents.
• Assist with payroll initiatives.
• Handle various administrative duties for the HR department.
