You will build lasting client relationships, provide tailored technical solutions, and grow local opportunities from the Houston Distribution Center with expansion across the U.S.

in manufacturing, construction, solar, and related sectors. The role requires 5+ years of B2B sales, deep fastener knowledge, and strong consultative selling and CRM

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive B2B sales experience selling industrial fasteners or related products.
• Proven ability to prospect, qualify, present, negotiate, and close complex sales cycles.
• CRM proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho for managing pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Development: focus on local Houston and Texas markets to start.
• Relationship Management: be the primary technical and sales contact for customers.
• Consultative Selling: assess client needs and recommend customized fastener solutions.
• Technical Product Expertise: advise on fastener types, materials, specs, and applications.
• Price and Contract Negotiation: negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts.
• End-to-End Order Management: manage inquiry through post-delivery support.
