Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive B2B sales experience in industrial or technical products.
• Proven ability to sell to manufacturers, construction, solar, and related sectors.
• Strong technical understanding of fasteners and applicable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets, especially Houston/Texas.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships as the primary technical and sales contact.
• Conduct needs assessments and recommend tailored fastener solutions.
• Present, negotiate, and close complex deals to meet revenue targets.
• Manage end-to-end order process and resolve fulfillment issues.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with operations and procurement to ensure inventory alignment.
• Maintain accurate sales records in CRM and forecast demand.
