Responsibilities include account development, relationship management, and end-to-end order management while collaborating with operations and engineering teams. A strong track record in B2B fastener sales is expected.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries, expanding the client base in Houston and Texas.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with customers, serving as the primary technical and sales contact.
• Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored fastener solutions meeting application requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on fastener specifications, materials, and applications.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close profitable sales.
• Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to post-delivery support and fulfillment.
