Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive B2B sales experience selling industrial fasteners.
• Experience selling to manufacturing, construction, and solar industries.
• Strong knowledge of fastener specifications, materials, and applications.
• Proven ability to prospect, qualify, present, negotiate, and close complex sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentations, and interpersonal skills.
• CRM proficiency and ability to manage pipelines and customer data.
• Self-motivated, capable of independent work and collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Development for local Houston and Texas markets and beyond.
• Relationship management as the primary technical and sales contact for clients.
• Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored fastener solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts for profitable sales.
• Oversee end-to-end order management from inquiry to post-delivery support.
• Monitor market trends, product innovations, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Forecast demand with operations to ensure inventory supports orders.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication.
