Top Echelon Software, LLC in Houston seeks a seasoned Business Development Manager / Technical Sales Specialist to drive sales of industrial fasteners to manufacturing, construction, solar and related sectors. You will grow local opportunities around our Houston Distribution Center while serving national accounts.

Your role combines strategic account development, consultative selling, and deep product knowledge to recommend tailored fastener solutions, negotiate terms, and manage the full order

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive B2B sales experience in industrial fasteners.
• Industry knowledge in manufacturing, construction, and solar sectors.
• Strong technical knowledge of fastener specifications and materials.
• Proven ability to prospect, qualify, present, negotiate, and close complex deals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• CRM proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.

Responsabilités
