Job summary

Catholic Charities Eastern Washington seeks a dedicated Social Services Coordinator to implement and coordinate services in apartment communities sponsored by the agency. You will manage casework, referrals, and collaboration with on-site staff to support residents’ needs and ensure program compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or related field preferred.
• One-year residential setting experience preferred.
• Demonstrated familiarity with community agencies and ability to access services.

Responsibilities

• Provide general case management and referral service to residents.
• Monitor ongoing provision of professional and volunteer services from Catholic Charities and other agencies.
• Help residents build informal support networks with families and friends.
• Provide regular educational opportunities for residents.
• Complete required statistics and reporting for CC, CQI, HUD.
• Collaborate with on-site management staff and volunteers.
• Maintain resident files per CC, CQI, COA and HUD.
• Obtain a minimum of 12 hours per year in HUD-required continuing education.
