Job summary

Catholic Charities Serving Central Washington seeks a Resident Services Coordinator to deliver and coordinate services at housing sites in Royal City, WA. You will build relationships with service providers, arrange education programs, and support residents’ access to community resources.

The role emphasizes collaboration with site managers, scheduling meetings, and overseeing volunteers, with a focus on equity and inclusive service delivery.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or some college education in Social Welfare, Human Services, Counseling, Administration or closely related field
• Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field preferred
• Combination of education and experience may compensate for education requirement
• 2 years’ nonprofit or public social/human services experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate delivery of services and education programs to residents at CCHS housing sites
• Develop relationships with local service providers to provide access to education, services and programs for residents
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with on-site community managers to coordinate site activities
• Schedule and facilitate resident meetings and programs and manage meeting space
• Oversee volunteers and contract service providers; train volunteers and supervise tasks
