Job summary

Catholic Charities of Central Washington seeks a Resident Services Coordinator to deliver education programs and social services at housing sites in Royal City, WA. You will build local partnerships, facilitate resident meetings, and support access to community resources.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, 2 years in social services, and strong teamwork with staff and volunteers. Some travel to partner sites may be needed.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or some college in Social Welfare, Human Services, Counseling, Administration or closely related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in social services, Education, Psychology, Sociology, Human Services or related field preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in nonprofit or public social/human services, counseling or community relations preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Computer skills including spreadsheets, word processing, e-mail and housing applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate delivery of services and education at housing sites.
• Develop relationships with service providers to access education, services and programs.
• Schedule and facilitate resident meetings and activities and manage records.
• Oversee volunteers and contract service providers; train staff and address issues.
• Connect residents to local services and conduct needs assessments and follow ups.
