Express Employment Professionals in Pullman, WA is seeking a Social Services/ Housing and Social Services Coordinator to assist residents in navigating community resources and services within a residential apartment setting.

The role focuses on case management, resource navigation, and coordinating educational opportunities while maintaining confidential resident records and complying with HUD requirements.

Formación

• Experience in social services, case management, or resident services.
• Familiarity with community agencies and accessing resources for individuals in need.
• One year of residential setting experience preferred.
• Background checks may be required.
• Valid driver's license should be held.

Responsabilidades

• Provide case management, resource navigation, and referral services to residents.
• Connect residents with community agencies, social services, and support programs.
• Coordinate resident services, educational opportunities, and community resources.
• Maintain accurate case notes, resident files, referrals, follow-ups, and HUD-required documentation.
• Collaborate with on-site management, volunteers, and community partners.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and follow HIPAA requirements.
• Follow mandated reporting requirements and organizational policies.
• Work collaboratively with the team to support positive resident outcomes.
