Catholic Charities Serving Central Washington is hiring a Resident Services Coordinator in Royal City, WA. You will coordinate services and education programs for residents at housing sites, build partnerships with local providers, and support on-site activities.

You will recruit residents, organize meetings, maintain records, and supervise volunteers and contract staff, with emphasis on equity, bilingual communication, and helping residents access community resources.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or some college in Social Welfare, Human Services, Counseling, Administration or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in social services, Education, Psychology, Sociology or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate delivery of services and education programs at CCHS housing sites.
• Develop relationships with local service providers to provide access to education, services and programs.
• Schedule and facilitate resident meetings and programs; manage setup/cleanup and records of events.
• Maintain on-site relationships with community managers and coordinate site activities.
• Oversee volunteers and contract service providers; train and direct work and address issues.
• Connect residents to local service providers for assistance and conduct needs assessments.
• Plan and coordinate recreational, cultural and social activities with staff and residents.
• Document and report program outcomes and maintain accurate files.
