Job summary

Catholic Charities of Central Washington is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to manage on-site service delivery at CCHS housing sites in Royal City, WA. You will build partnerships with local providers, coordinate resident meetings, refer residents to programs, and supervise volunteers and contractors.

This full-time, on-site role requires bilingual English/Spanish, strong communications, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in nonprofit or public social/human services, counseling or community relations work preferred.
• Knowledge of social services programs, service delivery networks and affordable housing programs.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate delivery of services and education programs to residents at CCHS housing sites.
• Develop relationships with local service providers to provide access to education, services and programs for residents.
• Schedule and facilitate resident meetings and programs; recruit residents and manage space.
• Connect residents to state/local service providers and conduct needs assessments.
• Oversee volunteers and contract service providers, including training and assigning work.
