Responsibilities

• Process in-person and credit card payments.
• Maintain accurate student billing reflecting Tuition Guarantee cohorts.
• Respond to inquiries via departmental email and phone.
• Train student and full-time staff on room changes and contracts.
• Coordinate with Housing Services and campus partners.
