Job summary

This role combines data accuracy with stakeholder collaboration to keep OSUP spaces functional and welcoming. Responsibilities include lease management, space and facilities duties, and coordinating with vendors, HR, and contractors across locations such as Stoneridge, Grove City, and Gahanna.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience utilizing mathematical equations, various technology tools and Excel.
• Associates degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage lease information and invoicing for leased buildings.
• Coordinate space planning, facilities, and refresh projects.
• Enter vendors in Workday and route leases for signatures.
• Assist in OSUP building details and project coordination across locations
