Job summary

Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will handle payments, occupancy data, staff training, and customer inquiries, ensuring FERPA, PCI, IDP, and GLA compliance

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED. 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Desires: Associate degree in relevant field. 4 or more years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions related to housing contracts and payments.
• Manage in-person and phone-based credit card payments.
• Respond to inquiries via departmental email and Student Life channels.
• Train student staff on room changes, contract deadlines, and regulations.
• Liaise with campus partners and maintain FERPA/PCI compliance.
• Provide accurate assignment information in occupancy management software.
