Qualifications

• High School Diploma with at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Experience using mathematical equations, and Excel.
• Familiarity with lease terms and space planning.

Responsibilities

• Lease Management: follow up on requests, field questions, enter supplier invoice requests, initiate utilities, set up landlords as vendors, route leases for signatures, manage keys and access, perform basic amortization, verify property insurance.
• Space and Facilities Management: support planning and refresh space, retain cost data to budgets, verify space utilization, update schedules in Excel/space tools, verify asset lists, manage vendors for refresh projects and space location data.
• Build Projects: submit purchase orders and e-tickets, coordinate badges for contractors, route invoices for payments, support meetings with architects and construction teams, schedule site visits, work with OSU vendors on signage and artwork.
• Other duties or special projects as assigned.
