Job summary

Qualifications

• Fingerprint clearance and background checks required.
• One year of experience in housing or related field preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and locate housing options suitable for participants and maintain a housing database.
• Coordinate move-in activities, rental negotiations, and service referrals with landlords and clients.
• Provide information referrals, crisis intervention, and assist with permanent housing placement as part of the case management team.
