Job summary

Qualifications

• Fingerprint clearance and background check required.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in social services or related field.
• 1 year of experience with veterans, recovery, or homelessness.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred; HMIS experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Identify and locate housing options for homeless program participants.
• Create and maintain a housing database linking tenants to apartments.
• Coordinate move-in activities and service referrals with landlords.
• Provide information referrals and crisis intervention as part of case management.
