HHM Hotels in Florida seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping staff and ensure brand and sustainability standards are met. You will train, coach and schedule associates to maintain high guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

You will screen applicants, manage training programs, and coordinate with vendors when needed. The role includes safety, EarthView guidelines, and occasional cleaning tasks to support the team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training required.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train, schedule, coach and support associates to meet brand and HHM standards.
• Screen applicants and hire new employees when needed.
• Train staff to clean rooms efficiently according to standards or work with vendors for training.
• Be aware of guest service scores and drive improvement for higher satisfaction.
• Issue cleaning supplies and equipment to associates; assist with cleaning when needed.
• Address associate performance and behavior concerns with HHM or vendors.
• Supervise laundry staff if applicable; prepare schedules based on occupancy.
