Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and motivate the housekeeping team, ensuring brand standards and guest satisfaction. You will train staff, schedule shifts, support associates, and uphold HHM’s EarthView sustainability goals.

The role includes screening applicants, handling performance issues, and occasionally cleaning rooms to maintain service excellence. This position is on-site with varied shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training required.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping staff to ensure brand and guest service standards are met.
• Train, schedule, coach and support associates according to standards and HHM values.
• Screen applicants and hire new employees when needed.
• Train staff to clean rooms efficiently and maintain standards.
• Monitor guest service scores and drive improvement actions.
• Issue cleaning supplies and equipment to staff.
• Occasionally assist with cleaning rooms.
• Address performance and behavior concerns with staff or vendors.
• Supervise laundry employees when applicable.
• Prepare work schedules and staffing plans.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines and safety protocols.
• Assist in breakfast area as needed.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
