Job summary

HHM Hotels seeks a Housekeeping Manager to lead daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms, public areas and grounds meet cleanliness, safety and brand standards. You will interview, train, schedule and coach associates, monitor performance, manage inventories and adhere to budget and safety policies.

Qualifications

• One year housekeeping supervisor experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates.
• Observe and monitor staff performance to ensure efficient operations.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas and grounds for cleanliness and safety.
• Prepare schedules based upon occupancy and assign duties to associates.
• Take inventory and submit periodic inventory orders.
• Be aware of and communicate service scores to drive improvement.
• Maintain departmental expenses in line with the budget as described by the GM.
• Follow HHM EarthView sustainability guidelines.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
