Qualifikationen

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training required.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.

Aufgaben

• Train, schedule, coach and support associates per brand standards and HHM values.
• Screen job applicants and hire new employees when needed.
• Train staff to clean rooms efficiently and according to established standards.
• Communicate guest service scores to drive improvement and satisfaction.
• Issue cleaning supplies and equipment to staff.
• On occasion, clean rooms or assist staff with cleaning rooms.
• Prepare work schedules and manage staffing levels.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines and safety practices.
• Assist in the breakfast area as needed.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction and perform other duties as requested.
