HHM Hotels is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead cleaning teams and maintain brand standards in a Saint Petersburg, FL property. You will train staff, manage schedules, hire when needed, and ensure high guest satisfaction while following HHM EarthView sustainability guidelines.

You will also coordinate safety, provide guidance on cleaning protocols, and support the breakfast area as needed. This role requires prior housekeeping leadership and a focus on service excellence.

Competenze

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training required.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.

Mansioni

• Train, schedule, coach and support associates, ensuring they perform in accordance with established brand or hotel standards and HHM core values.
• Screen job applicants, and hire new employees (in the event housekeeping associates are HHM employees).
• Train staff to clean rooms efficiently according to established standards or coordinate with external vendors for training.
• Be aware of and communicate guest service scores to drive improvement and higher guest satisfaction.
• Issue cleaning supplies and equipment to associates.
• On occasion, clean rooms or assist staff with cleaning rooms.
• Address associate performance and behavior concerns directly or through vendors.
• Supervise laundry employees, if applicable.
• Prepare work schedules for HHM associates or coordinate with vendors for occupancy-based staffing.
• Follow sustainability guidelines related to HHM's EarthView program.
