Job summary

HHM Hospitality in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking a House Person to clean and maintain public hotel areas according to brand standards and sustainability guidelines. You will greet guests, inspect spaces, and perform cleaning tasks across corridors and guest areas, while supporting uptime and appearance of the property.

When needed, you may rotate to room attendant duties during staffing shortages or peak periods; you will report maintenance issues, handle linens, and participate in safety

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Inspect assigned areas and perform cleaning tasks accordingly.
• Collect trash from service landings and dispose of it properly.
• Vacuum and dust guest corridors.
• Pickup bed and linen from floors and transport to the laundry collection site.
• Deliver clean linen to assigned sections.
• Report maintenance issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest areas.
• Respond to guest inquiries and assistance.
• Work as a room attendant during shortages or peak periods.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and help improve them.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines.
• Practice safe work habits and use safety equipment.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
