Responsibilities

• Monitor room cleaning progress and report status to front desk.
• Audit rooms to ensure standards are met.
• Organize storage, assist with deliveries and inventory.
• Log and report guest incidents to management.
• Distribute keys and communication devices; log them daily.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill requests.
• Be a primary contact for guest and staff opportunities.
• Maintain daily communications and inspections with managers.
