Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and uphold the brand’s service, quality and sustainability standards across the property. You will interview and train associates, inspect guest rooms and public areas, respond to guest inquiries, monitor performance, and enforce brand standards.

You will also manage staffing schedules, inventory orders, and safety compliance to ensure smooth, efficient operations in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years housekeeping supervisor experience required.
• Familiarity with brand standards and sustainability initiatives (EarthView) preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, and coach associates to meet brand standards.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Schedule staff based on occupancy and coordinate shifts.
• Monitor performance and enforce policies and procedures.
• Ensure inventory orders are submitted timely and supplies are stocked.
