Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping and laundry operations to meet quality standards.
• Prepare weekly staff schedules and manage labor costs.
• Set and monitor budgets, payroll, and productivity goals.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and guest room cleanliness.
• Lead and develop housekeeping team; conduct performance reviews.
