Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead housekeeping and laundry operations across guest rooms, suites, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. You will report to the Executive Housekeeper and act as second in command in their absence, ensuring the highest cleanliness and hospitality standards.

The role requires experience in housekeeping or hotel operations, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with Front Office and other

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hotel operations leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility with shifts including mornings/evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support daily housekeeping and laundry operations across guest rooms, suites, public spaces, back-of-house areas, and hotel facilities.
• Supervise, train, coach, schedule, and support housekeeping and laundry team members to deliver exceptional cleanliness and guest experience standards.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and spaces to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and brand standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, room readiness, service recovery situations, and housekeeping performance.
• Partner with Front Office, Engineering, Operations, and hotel leadership to support smooth operations.
