Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Five years housekeeping experience including a minimum of one year of supervisory training/experience.
• Fluent English; bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day housekeeping operations to meet guest and employee expectations.
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure Sonesta standards.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment with cost-control measures.
• Coordinate with front office and other departments for guest satisfaction.
• Promote safety and sanitation standards.
