Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Hotel Team Lead to assist the General Manager in daily hotel operations and to drive guest satisfaction and financial performance at the property. You will supervise hourly associates, train staff on brand standards, and ensure safety and policy compliance across the hotel.

The role emphasizes leadership, guest service excellence, and collaboration with management to maximize revenue and GOP while delivering a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel experience is required.
• High School Diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous supervisory experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in managing daily hotel operations to achieve guest satisfaction and KPI goals.
• Resolve guest and associate issues and improve efficiency and profitability.
• Train associates on standards and job performance expectations.
• Uphold policy compliance and safety procedures at the hotel level.
• Monitor guest balances, refunds, and inventory within budget.
• Be first point of contact for guest service issues and escalate as needed.
• Promote the company service culture and ensure 100% guest satisfaction among hourly staff.
