ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Team Lead to assist the General Manager in managing daily hotel operations and ensuring peak performance across KPIs and guest satisfaction. The role involves resolving guest and associate issues, training staff on brand standards, and upholding safety procedures in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The position requires prior hotel experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professional service.

Qualifications

• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Ability to understand written and oral instructions.
• Experience supervising hourly associates is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in daily hotel operations to meet KPIs and guest satisfaction.
• Resolve guest and associate issues and escalate when needed.
• Train associates on brand standards and performance expectations.
• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
• Support revenue growth and cost control initiatives.
• Provide front desk coverage and assist with other hotel duties as required.
