• Familiarity with property management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the GM in managing hotel operations daily.
• Resolve guest issues and supervise 8 to 15 hourly associates.
• Promote safety and security procedures.
• Support sales activities to increase occupancy when needed.
• Inspect guest rooms and monitor inventory within budget.
