Job summary

The Team Lead position at ESA Management, LLC supports the General Manager in managing hotel operations to maximize guest satisfaction and financial performance. You will resolve guest and associate issues, supervise daily activities, and ensure safety procedures are followed to protect guests and staff.

You will step in for the GM when needed, train associates on brand standards, and help drive revenue while managing costs within budget.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to supervise 8–15 hourly associates.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Assist GM in ensuring associates drive revenue, control costs, and improve guest/associate satisfaction.
• Train associates on brand standards and performance expectations.
• Uphold company standards and policy compliance at the hotel level.
• Monitor in-house guest balances and processing refund checks.
• Assist with inventory of supplies and equipment within budget.
• Serve as first contact for guest service issues and escalate to GM when needed.
• Promote safety and security procedures according to company guidelines.
